happy computer Terms of Service
DRAFT — NOT LEGAL ADVICE. A starting draft for attorney review, not a finished or binding agreement. The arbitration, liability, and dispute terms in particular must be reviewed for enforceability in your jurisdiction and adapted to how each app works. Do not publish as-is. [bracketed] values need your real details.

Terms of Service

Effective date: [date]

These Terms govern your use of Sanavva, Tohvva, Viavva, Mesavva, and Operativva (each, the "Service"), provided by [Legal Entity Name, LLC] ("Happy Computer," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using a Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Some Services let the account holder bring in other people — for example Viavva trip members and read-only link recipients, or Sanavva caregivers. They take part as non-paying participants under the account holder's plan, and everyone who uses the Service must follow these Terms.

2. Your content & the license you give us

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload ("User Content") — trip ideas and photos, care notes, meal photos and captions, uploaded receipts, and so on. To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you and the people you share it with (for example, showing a shared Viavva itinerary to trip members, or running a Mesavva meal photo through the parser that structures it). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for reasonable backups and as required by law.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. See our Copyright / DMCA Policy for reporting infringement.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, harass others, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, and we may terminate repeat infringers.

4. Subscriptions & billing

[If you charge:] Paid plans are billed through the app stores [/ payment processor]. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; we disclose the price and renewal terms before you buy, and you can cancel anytime [in your App Store / Google Play account, or in-app]. Refunds are handled per the applicable store's policy [/ your refund policy].

5. Product-specific disclaimers

Health & medical (Sanavva, Tohvva) — Sanavva and Tohvva are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice. The Service is a tool to help you organize care and fitness information. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment, and safety features (such as dose reminders or "safe to take" prompts) are conveniences, not clinical guarantees. Always rely on a qualified healthcare professional and product labeling for medical decisions, and call emergency services in an emergency.

Financial & operational (Operativva) — Operativva is not accounting, tax, or financial advice. It is a tool to help you track and organize your own project costs; totals, allocations, forecasts and operational warnings are estimates and conveniences, not professional advice or guarantees of accuracy. Verify figures against your own records and a qualified accountant or tax professional before relying on them for business, tax, or legal decisions.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Computer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to [the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100]. [Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits; counsel to tailor.]

8. Arbitration & class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. You and Happy Computer waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitration will be administered by [AAA / JAMS] under its applicable rules, seated in [venue]. [Consider a 30-day opt-out and a pre-arbitration notice provision — counsel to draft for enforceability.]

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where required for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, arbitration) survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [state], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, subject to the arbitration section above.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new date and, for material changes, [notify you in-app / by email]. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
